There are some people that run in guns blazing when placed with a threat. Most of them aren’t with us any more. The others use strategy. These are people who use strategy.

There were four marines left and they had an entire enemy battalion to kill before reinforcements could land. They had a few key things left of use. The enemy did not know they were there, they had a jeep, one blot-action sniper, four M4A1 rifles and one RPG launcher. After fifteen minutes of heated argument the colonel drew rank and chose a plan. The colonel would take the jeep with an RPG and an M4, drive into the enemy turret and shoot a hole in the wall. The sergeant would take the sniper and take out the guards in the towers. The two lieutenants would take the three M4’s and Run through the hole in the wall. When they were finally ready the colonel drove his jeep at the turret ready to jump out and shoot the wall when he gets sniped, the jeep crashes and does a flip into the running lieutenants while the sergeant loses a sniper battle with the enemy.
Strategy doesn’t always work.
