A large amount of people will die on the year of 2012, but not because of the "apocalypse" or "hell on earth" but because of the simple believe that there will be. Hundreds maybe thousands of people will do insane or drastic things because they believe that the world is going to end. There will be mass suicides and murders, corruption and chaos. However there will be people on the other side of the massive corruption. Those will be the people that will believe that they need to make up for their "sins" or "repent". Large amounts of money will be donated to charitable causes. All throughout the year there will be unthinkable acts of not only destruction but wellness and "good". The average american can only watch and hope that no harm comes their way.
